FAQ

To place an order, simply add the items you want to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. You will need to provide your shipping and billing information, as well as your payment method. Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on our website.

Our delivery times are as follows:

- United States: 7 - 10 days
- Canada: 4 - 8 days
- United Arab Emirates: 5 - 10 days
- Australia: 4 - 8 days
- European countries: 5 - 10 days

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. For more information, please visit our refund policy page here

To start a return, you can contact us at support@eagalite.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address mentioned on the return label or sent by us through email. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For more info, click here
